Within the scope of the individual service agreement, in the event of a spindle crash, you receive an equivalent replacement spindle in as-new condition from the service pool of Weiss Spindeltechnologie with full warranty. After replacement, the defective spindle is sent directly to the factory in Maroldsweisach for spindle repair. A technical support is available via phone after start-up. In customer training sessions, users learn everything, for example, about the repair and maintenance of spindle units. A global network for repair and service ensures rapid spare parts supply at all times. Whether a defective release unit or minimum quantity lubrication, a defective bearing or seal – Weiss is an expert in all things spindle repair. Weiss manufactures the standard spindles also as individual spindles.
