The business transfer of all concerned units to Innomotics will take place in phases. Innomotics GmbH in Germany is an affiliated company of Siemens AG and commenced operations on July 1, 2023.
In order to bundle the business activities of Innomotics under one roof, consolidation of the various legal entities is planned. In concrete terms, this means: Weiss Spindeltechnologie GmbH will be merged and will therefore operate as follows in the future, with implementation in the course of April 2024: Innomotics GmbH
