New sales and service manager

Since October the 1st, the former service manager Christian Kleinhenz has been in charge of both departments. The former sales manager, Franz Dinnebier, retired.

Christian Kleinhenz (44) brings extensive experience in the areas of production, supplier management, complaints management and worldwide service into his new function. In addition, he has already held several positions with management responsibility in his career. In addition, the mechanical engineer has been working with Weiss Spindeltechnolgie for more than 15 years, including the last three years as the manager of the service activities. In addition, he is responsible for all sales tasks and reports directly to Managing Director Claus-Peter Lehnert.

Christian Kleinhenz sees his company optimally prepared for the upcoming challenges that are expected in the spindle industry. Because the even stronger link between the sales and the after-sales business, feedbacks from the field also come directly in the new-spindle sales. He adds, "This will enable us to respond more quickly to customer requirements and create opportunities for international business. Here, of course, we also use the worldwide, well-developed network of our parent company Siemens. "

The new sales and service manager has clearly defined his goals. For him, it is important to follow the requirements of the customer in order to generate sustainable growth. The close cooperation between sales and service plays a central role.
